The Promoter: The promoter is WaterUps Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 58 166 973 011).

Competition Period: The competition commences at 3pm AEST on 05/05/25 and closes at 11:59pm on 19/05/25 AEST.

Eligibility to Enter: Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older. Participants under 18 years of age may appear in the video content, but the official entry must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian who meets the eligibility criteria.

How to Enter: To enter, eligible individuals must, during the Competition Period, create a video showcasing their WaterUps garden or product in use. The video should be original content and clearly feature a WaterUps product. Entries can be submitted by: a) Attaching the video to an email and sending it to mia.bowyer@waterups.com.au with the subject line "My WaterUps Garden Video Entry";OR b) Posting the video on their public Instagram or Facebook account, using the hashtag #waterups in the post description.

Video Content: Videos should feature a WaterUps product and showcase the entrant's garden or the product in use. There is no specific time limit for the video, but entrants are encouraged to keep it concise and engaging. Content must be appropriate for a general audience and must not contain any offensive or unsuitable material.

Judging: This is a game of skill. Each valid entry will be judged by a panel appointed by WaterUps Australia Pty Ltd. Entries will be judged primarily on creativity and how effectively the video showcases the entrant's WaterUps garden or product. The judges' decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

The Prize: The winner will receive one (1) WaterUps e-voucher valued at $500. The voucher is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. This voucher is not applicable for the Artisan range. 

Unclaimed Prize: If the prize is not claimed by the winner within 14 days of being notified, WaterUps Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to select an alternate winner based on the judging criteria from the remaining eligible entries.

Publicity and Usage Rights: By entering this competition, the entrant grants WaterUps Australia Pty Ltd a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display the submitted video content, the entrant's name (or social media handle), and any accompanying text for promotional purposes in connection with this competition and WaterUps marketing activities. This may include use across WaterUps' online platforms (including website and social media) and other marketing materials, without further compensation.

Privacy: WaterUps Australia Pty Ltd may collect personal information from entrants for the purpose of conducting this competition. This information will be handled in accordance with WaterUps' Privacy Policy, which is available on their website at https://www.waterups.com.au/pages/privacy-policy
