The Science

How Wicking Technology Works

WaterUps® utilises capillary action to deliver sub-surface irrigation directly to the root zone. Water is stored in an underground reservoir and drawn upward through perlite-filled wicking legs - reaching roots precisely where and when needed.

This eliminates surface evaporation, prevents overwatering, and creates optimal soil moisture conditions for sustained plant health - critical for commercial installations where maintenance access is limited.
