Crowne Plaza Hotel – Hobart, TAS

WaterUps Wicking Cells were installed in the rooftop perimeter planters of The Dock restaurant on Level 9. The goal was to maintain consistent soil moisture for edible native plants in an exposed, windy rooftop setting, while minimising maintenance requirements in a hard-to-access area.

Ipswich Backyard Lawn – QLD

WaterUps Sub-Irrigation Channels were installed beneath residential turf to help maintain a green, healthy lawn during Queensland’s extreme summer heat. The system delivers water directly to the root zone, reducing evaporation and irrigation frequency.

Schools & ELCs

WaterUps is the go-to solution for educational gardens. Our systems help schools and early learning centres set up thriving veggie beds and green spaces that are easy to manage and fun to learn from. With minimal watering and no mess, they’re ideal for hands-on sustainability learning with limited resources.

Bondi Public School – NSW

WaterUps Wicking Beds and Cells were installed as part of a school vegetable garden initiative. The aim was to create a low-maintenance, sustainable learning space where students could grow their own produce while learning about water-wise gardening.

Food Growing / Urban Agriculture

WaterUps empowers local growers and community farms to produce food efficiently while conserving water. Our systems support healthy, productive growing in compact or challenging spaces—making them perfect for regenerative farms, social enterprises, and urban agriculture projects with a mission.

Hildasid Farm – South West Sydney, NSW

WaterUps Wicking Beds were installed across multiple growing zones at Hildasid Farm, a not-for-profit regenerative farming initiative that supplies fresh produce to vulnerable communities. The farm also supports inclusive employment for people living with disability.
